It is the usual twisted pack of lies that comes off YNWankers keyboard, same as he has done about everything NVA.

If you read other forums about the event and not that biased load of shit you would have your answer. http://www.audio-talk.co.uk/phpBB3/view ... &start=285

Whatever the reason was, the NVA Phono 2 could not be properly assessed.

Best guess is that it was set up for MM by mistake.

The general view was that the Paradise, and Arkless prototype, were very good. It's such a shame about the Phono 2.

There are no user changeable settings? Doc send out either MM or MC?

What the feck are you talking about, is it my fault some eeediot doesn't know the difference between MM and MC. I didn't supply that unit for the event.

What goal, what football match, I have always suspected that you have an agenda and here we have the proof. If you REALLY want to know what a NVA phono stage is about then read the review threads here on this forum written by user owners.

I know what an NVA phono stage sounds like (Phono 1 & Phono 2) so reading about them (correctly set up) just reinforces what I have heard. No problems there.

The Phono 2 at Davids last week had a problem, I don't know what it was, but it didn't do you any favours.

The situation was nothing to do with me, just making a comment. It will be interesting to see if Nick can sort it out.

What goal, what football match,
An "own goal" is an act that unintentionally harms one's own interests. Quite a common saying, or so I thought.

An own goal is self-inflicted - not the case here.
