Cool.

A CDP could be useful just in case I can't get any of the DACs to sync with my MicroRendu.

See you on the 5th, mate.

Yep book me in, all being well I will be there too Paul

I will bring a teac dac, a Cambridge audio Dacmagic 100 a Fiio Taishan and a Doc Special but I guess that's not going to be needed given there seems to be several others coming along.

So far...

Confirmed: Toontrev, herbie07, Hemmo1969, Andy-831

TBA: Dr Bunsen Honeydew, Bigman80

It would be a bonus if we could get one or two other members to contribute DACs / interconnects for us to hear. We could share postage or, if you are nearby to one of the attendees, drop off to them. Please reply here or PM me.

Reply from Bigman80:

"The loaner pair are still looking at being out for another 10 weeks at least. I don't think I'll have them back by the 5/5/18. I will send them up to you when they return. Even if it's just for you to have a listen or if you have a bakeoff around that time you could have them for that. Unfortunately, I'm not able to make up another set for loan purposes at the minute or I would...apologies for that but I hadn't envisaged that they would still be out on loan for so long."

I look forward to hearing them in a few months time.

Hello,

If possible I'd like to come along to this.

I can bring an Arcam irDAC-2 and a cheap yet very impressive little Chinese Sabre USB DAC with a linear PSU. I'd be coming from Gateshead.
