Close-up of the MC2 in daylight. Casing is smoky transparent perspex that you can see the innards through. Glued together, not screwed - where have I seen that before ?

Re: Tinker, Tailor, Streamer, Pi.

https://i.imgur.com/3MjdurN.jpeg The Little Bear MC2 passive preamp is finally in and I have just installed it in the Upstairs setup, sitting centrally on top of the Sabaj DAC. First spin of an LP up here in more than a year and the sound doesn't disappoint. Caravan's 'Land of Grey and Pink' coming...

Birth Control 'Hoodoo Man' (1972) https://www.progarchives.com/progressive_rock_discography_covers/961/cover_17171517112017_r.jpg Quite possibly the ugliest, most tasteless album cover I have ever seen. Fortunately the music is of better quality. A long-running formation from the German Krautrock m...

Re: Tinker, Tailor, Streamer, Pi.

I use a WD app on Windows PC's to access my newer WD NAS.

My Wiim Mini clone streamer uses Twonky.

Volumio devices find the NAS automatically.
