Well, the simple answer is because "we" didnt own ARM, its shareholders did. Shame though, Hardly a major UK employer though.

Thought it would fit the SP 10 MK II, but not sure of that now.
Sp10 II logic board is all standard cmos MSI parts, the Mk III and later use this part.

Yep, that was my thought as well. I remember Led Zep being in the progressive section in Andy's Records in Peterborough.

No, but by definition prog needs to continue to "progress". Marilion and Rush are two more examples.

But I suspect your definition of prog is fixed to only include pre 197X bands (for small values of X), so by that definition there was nothing after that date.
