Re: Doc Mod Drivers
Yipeeee. 12" drivers here I come. These speakers I am bidding on are more the size of PA cabs than acceptable, wife friendly speakers but what the feck. They are from the mid seventies so will have a retro look that might appeal to her indoors. Oh, they weigh a ton already so when steel lined m...

Re: Doc Mod Drivers
Hello Doc,
I was wondering if the 12" doc mod drivers are still available ? Thought I had better check before buying some speakers which have 12" bass driver.
Many thanks, Stu

Other speakers i have found are Wharfedale Linton 2.

Re: which speakers for Doc mods ?
Thanks all. The speakers i will attempt to mod are Mordaunt short MS902S. A richer sound special from around 2000. I have dismantled one. The rear panel comes off so easy to get in. The front panel though has some crappy plastic overlay over the top. I was surprised to see the crossover, or lack of....

Les Wolstenholme. I spent five hours at his place just before Christmas. He had set the day aside for my visit. Honoured to say the least. A fine gentleman if ever there was one and his products make music.
