Cubix definitely so. I bi-amp mine. And, if I remember correctly, the other cubes are designed that way.
Cubes and Cubix definitely follow the 'NVA sound' route. I'd guess that the Cube2s also do.

Re: Insane.
Very interesting, Doc. One good thing about Naim, their CD Players & Amps have superb build quality! I've never heard the ''Farlowe'' Exposure amps being compared to today's NVA. I wonder how they compare! No doubt the NVA will be cleaner! S. Still own both and yes, NVA is cleaner, Exposure sli...

Re: Source First?
I did consider the computer route but cd's are so cheap and I like putting cd's into the player....odd i know  I have a friend whose objection to a music computer was that he needed to have something in his hands - the album sleeve or cd case - when listening to music. With a TFS and a tablet,...

The McGurk Effect
[BBvideo 425,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-lN8vWm3m0[/BBvideo] A reasonally well known and clearly demonstrable psycholinguistic phenomenon. But what else is going on e.g. when people claim that sticking a bit of 'audiophile' network cable in their system makes it sound better. (One area I'd ...

Re: Style over substance.
I owned a michell at one time. Bought because of looks and because, at that time, all a TT had to do was turn round reasonably accurately (right?). Definitely an attention grabber. Musically, not so. Probably no better than the Connoiseur BD1 it replaced and was replaced by a Rega. Outside of hi-fi,...

Re: Nice little OA21S
What a shame..I'm sure more will come up soon. S. Daft thing is that I sat there watching it - had another tab open on the browser but when I flicked back to have a look it was too late. Something's not quite clicking right with my system at the moment, and I'm having a b*gger of a time putting my ...
