I have never heard cable burn-in, to the best of my knowledge. I am quite prepared to accept that this is because of deafness or stupidity on my part, or maybe it's because I only use non-burn in cables. Though it's interesting that AFAIK no-one ever mentioned cable burn-in until Nordost started off...

At what point can a civil partnership be called a common law marriage and visa versa? You can call it what you like, but there is no such thing in law as a common law marriage; in the eyes of the law (eg for inheritance purposes) only a 'proper' marriage (ie with a marriage certificate) or a civil ...
