I used my old P90SA with a WAD KaT34 (which had been configured for passive apparently) and it worked brilliantly.

If you see a pair of Dean Altos, they are lovely little things. It's probably sacrilege to use them outside of a main system, but you're the boss, so if they please you, why not? Sintras also have the higher quality Scanspeak D2010 tweeter which is a lot less spiky then those used in other models. I'd be very surprised if these fetch less than £300, especially in the wood finish.
