Re: THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE.......?

Without giving myself too much time to think about it... Harry Chapin - Greatest Stories Live. Life without "Mr. Tanner" would not be the same.

Re: Obits

August 17th saw the loss of a huge (in every sense) talent - Carlo Curley. Carlo styled himself as "The Pavarotti of the Organ" and passed away at the age of 59. If you've never heard of him this obit in The Telegraph is a great albeit belated introduction to a larger-than-life performer. ...

Re: Your last listen

You might like William Orbit. He does rather cool "electronic" versions of some well known classics. I can recommend his "Pieces in a Modern Style" and Pieces in a Modern Style 2 is now out, although I haven't purchased it yet. OH MY GOD :o William Orbit -- where's my sick-bag wh...

Re: Some advice please.

Re: Some advice please.

So, keeping you sane has now turned into my "raison d'etre"...until I get my leads.
All joking aside, I do appreciate your workload. Stupid though it may sound, the fact that I couldn't get my leads by return post was one, minor, part of the reason I went for NVA gear.

Now playing: The Queen Symphony - Tolga Kashif / R.P.O Great album! One of the few classical albums I like, although I am always on the lookout for more. You might like William Orbit. He does rather cool "electronic" versions of some well known classics. I can recommend his "Pieces i...

Re: Some advice please.

Anyone actually heard (of) the X-10 and willing to impart sage advice then?

I'm not going to antagonize the Doc, at least until the 3 Sound Cords I ordered via eBay have dispatched.
