Re: Am I ripping CD's correctly?

Magazines writes pages and pages on this theme and I switch off VERY quickly, but I would like a 'computer' person to tell me if I am doing things correctly and if there is anything else I can do ...

In reality I am happy to give up some bass for a better midrange but the LS6 hits the right notes across the whole range and se...

Can it be disabled because as far as I concerned it is an insult to ignore people, if people want to ignore any of our members or any of our forums then they can basically piss-off somewhere else IMO.

Re: First steps into MC for music

The odd home cinema and multi way system I have heard (mostly in the far east) major on trying to be impressive without getting the basics right. I am a great believer in two channel stereo, I even find two channel mono perfectly acceptable on mono recordings. We have two ears, a source of live musi...

Re: Jerry's ongoing system blog

You are partially right in the sense that regenerators do improve some of the hi-fi' y things like separation stereo etc but also musically. It seems to make things a bit quieter like having the windows cleaned again ( not heard that one for a while :D ) ! Resolution and transparency improve and I ...
