I am thinking - hernia - pulled muscles. But mostly broken SSP or speaker cables. Though now the SSPs are not hardwired it is not so much of a problem.

Cheapest ResinW you can buy. Mix 3 parts ResinW with one part water. Use fine paint brush and brush onto record making sure it gets down in the grooves. Leave to dry for 24 hours and then peel off = clean record.

You wont like it, it is sweet. I love fruit based aperitifs, Limonchello (lemon) from southern Italy, Amer Picon (orange) mostly from northern France.

A booze trip to Calais is the best decision, well for us Southerners, a bit of a problem for you.

I am off to Lyon next weekend, so lots of bottles of Amer Picon are coming back with me - you can't even buy it here.
