Cozy Powel used to play his drum solo to a backing track of Mars. He did so at a Whitesnsnake concert I was at in the 80s. It later appeared on the Emerson, Lake & Powel album. I have the Emerson, Lake and Powell album and it's pretty good. King Crimson also did 'Mars' on 'In the Wake of Poseid...
