Re: P50 Stepped attenuators

Alfi, I ordered one at Hifi Collective for my AP70 a few month ago. First I ordered a Blue series, Takman metal film, 0,5W, 50k and was told that the ones Richard used are the 10k. So I changed the order to 10k. I put it in the amp and it sounds fine.

Re: Richard Dunn

I read this today after my holidays and feel really sorry for it. My condolences to Nadia Dunn. Richard has improved my hifi a lot.

Re: Claymore ancient Giant Killer

It's about the Claymore FMT and the question I'm interested in is if the chinch inputs are routed passively through it to the amp. I think about that one on Ebay to use it with my single-input NVA amp with volume pot.

Re: Claymore ancient Giant Killer

Yes, I think too that it should work. I'm only curious about if the inputs are routed passive through the Claymore or if there is preamplification.

Re: Claymore ancient Giant Killer

Seems like I'm not getting any answer to my question. So I have to decide if I want to find out by myself.

Re: Claymore ancient Giant Killer

I think so, too. Especially as I don't have a tuner in my system yet and it's said that analog radio here in Germany will not be terminated before 2029. But I'm not technical skilled enough to read out of the specs if for example a Phono1 running through it will still sound as good as connected dire...

Thank you. I bought from Richard this warped but beautiful sounding Amp with Volume control and only one input. Do you think it'll work fine together with it and give me the chance to connect more than only one resource to it?
And Richard please, do you think it'll fit, too.
