Made a sill extension to join the existing sill to the new arch. The sill was put in about 9 years ago when sone knobhead crash into the side of me and wrote it off. Rear corner quarter panels are difficult to fabricate and these were no exception. This side Is slightly different to the near side as the arch is longer and houses the fuel filler pipes.
