Really sad to hear this news, condolences to friends and family. Always a pleasure to deal with I found when buying or sorting problems, R.I.P Doc.

Re: Speaker grills

My Cube 3's arrived with the same issue on one of the speaker grills, was wary of messing but glad to hear it is a easy fix, will give it a go.

Re: Cubettes

Should just say that they also work well outside of NVA systems. As well as my A60 I have tried them with a Quad Elite QSP power amp (Quad 'current dumper') using NVA cabling still and that was a seriously good combination - all IMHO of course!!

Re: Cubettes

I did not try the acrylic Cubettes, had the wooden ones which were good enough on their own but can confirm the Cube 3's were a serious step up for me - I was shocked by the increased depth, weight and musical enjoyment they brought. They are obviously very different by design to 'normal' boxes but ...

Re: The Cube Club

Original wooden Cubettes and now Cube 3 in my system. Not the most expensive speakers I have ever owned but easily my favourites so far. Just wish I had hung on for a bargain on a new style 3 cabinet, £400 is a steal for those. Stands sound interesting considering what acrylic seems to bring to the ...

Re: Hi-Fi Society Blog

Thanks Paul, I generally enjoy reading about bake offs and I would have missed those, don't read other forums much so good to have a ' one stop shop' to refer to. Best of luck, will be checking back to see how it develops!

Re: I am finally at a loss for words.

Will the upgrade option still apply with the bottled farts and will I need to open the window wider?

Re: NVA Reviews (THIS THREAD IS ONLY FOR STASHING REVIEWS)

NVA LS6, NVA SSP and NVA Cube3 speakers. So, having lived with the cables for a long time, and the Cube 3’s for a while less, thought it was time to post a review as promised. All this should be taken in the context of my (fairly modest) system at that time of budget turntable and CD/laptop into a d...
