Since when was a good personality was required ? Most designer's I've spoken to have been complete ar*eholes... Seems to be a prerequisite for the profession :evil:

Sorry yes, I meant it rhetorically. Dead amps indeed, would the speaker manufacturer give a damn ? Doubtful. Anyway, in answer to Shanes OP: Yes the links can & do make a difference IME... Went 'round a Polish co-workers flat a few years back & his system sounded awful, a bit of investigatio...

Was the same on a pair of Neat Critique's I had. Bi-wire terminals but they were internally jumpered.

Bit of a dangerous practice really... I mean what if someone attempted to bi-amp them !?
