Value for money is not to be sneared at. It normally means you don't have that much money to waste or just choose not to or have other priorities. I do it now with cars, for me pleasure is not speed or wow factor or name. I get off on adding up how much my car has cost me to run to get from A to B ...

I find the mods also appear to remove a tendency for hardness with some recorded vocals and highs are beautifully clean, clear and so wonderfully smooth. Makes one think if this level of performance can be achieved with humble AP2's what may be achievable with more costly units?
