I agree with your comments regarding tonality vs. what Royds do, but it isn't an illusion of 'speed' due to lack of bass extension, it's just that the deeper stuff is revealed to be overhang and boom, giving the illusion of depth and extension, which Royd speakers just refuse to do… Having said all ...

Needs must though... it's not like the prices will go anywhere near how LFD & Albarry are getting at the moment e.g. Albarry M608 was £1,650, now £2,995...!

Hi Richard, I think if you're very clear about where the extra cost is coming from to your potential customers e.g. a listings message then it's justified. Given that there aren't any dealer markups or marketing costs involved in your products, they'd still be exceptional value with a 20% price hike.
