Better Volume Control for AP10H?
I'm very pleased with my AP10H, which drives Beyerdynamic T1 'phones rather better than Beyerdynamic's own A2 amplifier at much more cost! My only criticism of the AP10H is the volume control, which has slightly varying channel balance at different positions, not just at very low levels. It's defini...

Re: New BMU
Back to the BMU  It seems many people (including me) are reporting buzzing mains transformers in their equipment, which could be due to DC on the mains caused by hosts of cheap, crap appliances/mains adapters/chargers etc. So, how about offering a DC blocker option for the BMU. Would it work?

Re: AP10H
I've been enjoying my AP10H with AKGS K550 'phones. The other day, out of curiosity, I dug out a very old and well-used pair of Grado SR60s and was rewarded with a slightly lightweight sound, but one which was musically rather engaging. So, since the Grados don't owe me anything, I decided to re-wir...

Re: SPECIAL OFFER
Regarding the AP10H offer, the eBay listing asks buyers to confirm the headphone tupe on purchase. I curently use some AKGs which are 32 ohms, but at some point I hope to end up with some 600 ohm Beyers. Is the AP10H optimised when built for a particular impedance, or will it just laugh in the face ...

Re: SSC Arm Cable?
Thanks for that info. I reckon that your TIS arm cable is too thick and bulky for my needs, but maybe the SC option would be worth looking at; and possibly better SQ than the Van Damme OFC patch cable option.

SSC Arm Cable?
Is SSC suitable for use in a tonearm cable? I rather like it as an interconnect and would like to try it on the record player too.
I do use a MM cartridge occasionally, so I'm interested to know if SSC is reasonably low capacitance?

Re: Goodmans Magister
Looks like I'm second in line, so have to wait a couple of days before hearing whether they're still available.
